Dr. Pramod is a versatile medical doctor, health administrator, and medical scientist with an overall experience of 31 years. Currently, he is the CEO & Chief Medical Officer for Witty Charman Group, a multi-national firm that focuses on consultancy, coaching, service management, and software research and development.
He is a resourceful Medical Officer was a Captain & then Major rank in the Army Medical Corps from 1991 to 2001 post his MBBS. He has served in active operation along the Line-of-Control. Dr. Bagali pursued his M.D in Forensic Pathology & Toxicology from the Bangalore Medical College and Research Institute in 2002-2005. He achieved his PG Diploma in Medical Law & Ethics from the National Law School of the India University of Karnataka and an Executive Master’s degree in Business Administration from Kuvempu Vishwavidyalaya.
Welcoming change and striving to deliver valued services as a business professional has been his objective at work. He directed, developed, and deployed diverse projects for the governments of Malaysia & UK. With a vision to lead organizations, he gained certification as an Agile Project Management Scrum Master. Being a multi-dimensional expert, he served reputed clients like Moving Walls- Malaysia, Himalaya wellness- Singapore; Sheffield, Bradford & Sandwell Public Mortuary-UK, and the Royal Malaysian Police.
Possessing a visionary personality, he efficiently mentored and supervised the heads of departments of development, research, science, laboratories, and quality assurance. He is skilled in Data, and metric analysis and is associated with finance, human resources, sales, talent acquisition, training, and staff assessment.
